Maison Velnaris is a home décor and storage brand. The maisonvelnaris.com store is operated by Quantum AI Technologies Inc., a company registered in Québec (Canada) under business number 1752243-6, headed by Jean-Michel Portal. Registered office: 1275 Av. des Canadiens-de-Montréal, L’Avenue, Montréal, Québec H3B 0G4, Canada.
Let us be clear: we have no physical shop and we are not a manufacturer. We are a young Canadian company that selects and sells home décor online to customers in the countries listed at checkout, with customer service in English. “Maison Velnaris” is the trading name of this activity, not the name of a workshop or a factory.
We sell décor and storage pieces for the home: lighting, kitchen and storage organisers, textiles and accessories for indoor and outdoor living. We do not make them. We select them from partner manufacturers and offer them under our own brand.
Our catalogue is deliberately narrow. Every product is hand-picked: we look at the actual materials, the exact contents of the box, the finish and the experience of previous buyers before putting it online. A product we do not understand well enough to describe honestly does not make it into the store.
Shipping. Orders are shipped directly from our partner manufacturers and warehouses, with a tracking number. As a guide, allow 10 to 20 business days depending on the product and the destination. We prefer to state a broad, honest range rather than a flattering delivery time we could not meet.
Customs duties and import taxes. These are at our expense. The price shown on the product page is the total price: you will never receive an additional invoice from the carrier or from customs. Should this happen nonetheless, send us the proof and we will reimburse you.
Returns. You have 30 days after receipt to change your mind. Full details of the procedure are set out in our refund policy.
Reviews. Where a product page displays reviews from buyers of that model at our supplier, we say so explicitly on the page. These are not reviews from Maison Velnaris customers, and we do not present them as such. Reviews from our own customers will be identified as such from the very first orders.
A question about an order, a product, a return? Write to us: support@maisonvelnaris.com. We reply within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
