Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. Any delivery charge that may apply to your destination is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time varies depending on the product, the place of dispatch and the destination. As a guide, allow 10 to 20 business days from dispatch, including customs clearance where applicable. The estimate for your order is shown on each product page.
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier. You can follow your parcel at any time from our Track Your Order page.
Some of our products are shipped from a country other than the one you live in and may be subject to customs clearance on entry.
These charges are borne by Maison Velnaris, never by you. The price shown on the product page is the final price: you pay nothing more on delivery.
If a carrier nevertheless asks you for customs duties or import taxes, pay them and send us the proof of payment at support@maisonvelnaris.com: we will reimburse you in full within 14 days.
If the parcel is refused at the time of delivery, the return and reshipping costs remain payable by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.
Check the condition of the parcel on receipt. In the event of visible damage, make specific reservations with the carrier and notify us within 48 hours at support@maisonvelnaris.com with photographs.
