You have 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return it, without having to give a reason. This applies to every customer, wherever you live, and is in addition to any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation that may apply in your country of residence (for example under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
Send your request to support@maisonvelnaris.com, stating your order number. We will provide you with the return address within 48 working hours. You then have 14 days to send the product back.
The product must be returned complete, with all its accessories and in its original packaging. You may be held liable for any loss in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.
The cost of returning the product is payable by you, unless the product is damaged, incomplete or does not match your order. We recommend that you keep the original packaging until the withdrawal period has expired.
The refund is made no later than 14 days after we receive the product, or after you provide proof that it has been dispatched, using the same means of payment as the one used for the order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment; any difference due to exchange rates or bank fees is beyond our control.
If the product received is damaged, incomplete or does not match your order, contact us within 30 days at support@maisonvelnaris.com with photographs. The return costs and the replacement or refund are then entirely at our expense.
Independently of this policy, you benefit from the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided by the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Any order may be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Write to us as soon as possible at support@maisonvelnaris.com.
