These terms and conditions govern sales of products concluded on maisonvelnaris.com with consumers, wherever they reside. Any order implies their unreserved acceptance. The mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply where they are more favourable to you.

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your country and include applicable taxes. Standard shipping is free on every order. Some products are shipped from a country other than yours; the corresponding customs duties and import taxes are borne by the seller. If a carrier nevertheless claims any such sum from you, send us the supporting document at support@maisonvelnaris.com: we will refund you in full within 14 days.
